CNN Does Hilarious Segment on Memes Inspired by Trump Tower Climber (The Washington Free Beacon)
CNN’s Jeanne Moos compiled all of the memes that the internet made of the 19-year-old who decided to scale Trump Tower in Midtown Manhattan on Wednesday, and put them into a hilarious segment on Friday.
Host Erica Hill prefaced the segment by saying that the climber, Stephen Rogata, was trying to get to the top of Trump Tower to give Donald Trump a message.
“Well, whatever the reason, it certainly stopped New Yorkers in their tracks and, as Jeanne Moos reports, it sent the internet into a meme making frenzy,” Hill said.
