ALLRED: "I think bad news is that sexual harassment in the workplace is still widespread, it’s still pervasive, it is still severe for millions of women. But the good news is that female employees and some males who are sexually harassed, are learning that they have rights, they're going to employment lawyers, they're learning what their rights are and they're asserting their rights. And in many cases they are receiving confidential settlements so they never have to file a public lawsuit and they can also get a good recommendation as part of the settlement from their employer so they can go on in the future career and not have to be concerned that seeking sexual harassment settlement is going to affect them in the future."
