Trump Tells Golf Channel’s David Feherty He May or May Not Use a Prompter at Convention (Mediaite)

Donald Trump sat down for an extensive interview with Golf Channelhost David Feherty, and Mediaite has an exclusive look at what the presumptive GOP nominee said about his candidacy and the convention next week.

Feherty asked Trump about his unscripted style and whether he will use a prompter at the Republican National Convention.

Trump said there’s a time for being scripted and a time for going off-book, and said he hasn’t decided yet about which to go with. (Though he did acknowledge the format lends itself to a more presidential tone and he wants to be able to hit all sorts of topics that he may not remember.)
