MEYERS: "Okay, first of all, don't ever start a sentence with the phrase, 'If I were a black father.' If you are black father, you don't need to say it. And if you're not, you should probably just shut the [bleep] up. And if Giuliani -- and if Giuliani's willing to say that some police can be very bad, you would think he'd see the value in the BlackLivesMatter protests. But instead, he condemned them."
