Giuliani: #BLM Doesn’t Mean Black Lives Matter; They Mean Let’s Agitate Against Police

GIULIANI: "Black Lives Matter never protest when every 14 hours somebody is killed in Chicago. Probably 70, 80 percent of the time a black person. Where are they then? Where are they when the young black child is killed? That is the predominant way in which a black person in this country will be killed by another black, not by a police officer. What are they doing about that? That doesn't mean -- that means they don't mean black lives matter. They mean let's agitate against a police matters."
