Sen. Harry Reid (D., NV) for a second time Wednesday accused the Koch brothers of funding ads that lie about Obamacare.

“I guess if you make that much money, you can make these immoral decisions,” Reid said on the Senate floor. “The Koch brothers are about as un-American as anyone I can imagine.”

Earlier in the day, the Democratic majority leader, who recently attended a fundraiser hosted by environmentalist hedge fund billionaire Tom Steyer, said the Koch brothers want to “buy the country.”

Philip Ellender, the president of Koch Companies Public Sector, responded forcefullyto this assertion Wednesday afternoon.
