Scarborough: Trump ‘Understands Intellectually’ He’ll Lose to Clinton

‘He desperately needs to flock to his side right now if there’s any chance of stopping Hillary Clinton from being the 45th president of the United States’

RUSH TRANSCRIPT:
SCARBOROUGH: "He understands intellectually at this point what he’s doing is going to lose the presidency to Hillary Clinton. He does understand that. He’s listening to his family. He’s listening to people who are close to him, and he’s acknowledging, yes, I understand things have to change. He thinks the media is being unfair to him. He thinks he’s getting a bad rap, but he understands what he’s done. He understands that he’s blown the last four or five weeks and he understands that things have to change quickly but believes he can do it between now and the convention and can reboot this entire campaign during the convention. And who among us are in a position to second-guess whether, Willie, that’s the case or not. But it does at the end of the day come down to whether he can discipline himself and become the type of candidate at least his operation seemed to be where he was tweeting out a tweet with exclamation points and calling Hillary Clinton crooked Hillary and slamming her hard on policy. It makes less to voters. It matters to the fundraising base he desperately needs to flock to his side right now if there’s any chance of stopping Hillary Clinton from being the 45th president of the united States."
