Clinton Surrogate Ed Rendell: Clinton Needs to Offer ‘More Definitive’ Economic Plans

RENDELL: "She has to be more definitive. She has wonderful plans for infrastructure and she's let some of those plans go public. But she's got some great ideas and I think she needs, for example, to make a major speech on infrastructure because nothing is better at producing well paid middle class jobs for blue collar workers, who are paid $50.000, $60.000, $70.000, $80.000, $90.000 a year than repairing our infrastructure. The question is how to fund it and she has some great ideas."
