HAYES: "What is the likelihood of that happening? Why would anybody think that Donald Trump, A -- could change and B -- would change. We have seen the same Donald Trump since before he announced. The people love that Donald Trump. He’s been encouraged by Paul Ryan, Mitch McConnell, other Washington Republicans. He’s been begged by conservatives to speak about their issues. He simply refuses to do it because he’s Donald Trump. It has some appeal. Obviously, it got him as far as it got him. There’s no reason to think Donald Trump is going to change right now."
