TAPPER: "This name comes after the FBI special agent in charge said this morning that there were suggestions that the killer was tied to a radical Islamic ideology...This incident is terrifying for any number of reasons, but one of the things that is most terrifying is that Afghanistan is a nation that the U.S. has been fighting a war there for longer than any war in the history of this country.
