Dr. Carson: ‘Yes It Would Be Racist’ If Trump Thinks Hispanic Judge Can’t Hear His Case

CARSON: "I think what you have to do is ask Donald Trump specifically that question. Ask him this question. Is a person of Hispanic heritage able to make a fair judgment in any situation that deals with Hispanics? And the answer to that should be the same as if you asked that question about a person of African-American heritage, Irish-American heritage, of any heritage. And if the answer to that is no, they cannot make a fair judgment, then, yes, that would be racist."
