MSNBC Accidentally Plays Audio of Bob Corker Over Obama Endorsement Video

‘Let’s take a look at that from the White House’

MSNBC Accidentally Plays Audio of Bob Corker Over Obama Endorsement Video (The Washington Free Beacon)

Shortly after President Obama formally endorsed Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign, MSNBC played a video on Thursday of Obama talking about the race. However, it didn’t go over that well.

Separate audio of Sen. Bob Corker (R., Tenn.) played over the audio of Obama congratulating and praising Clinton. The audio of Corker was from an interview talking about Donald Trump’s campaign.

Brian Williams, who was hosting the segment, seemed a little stunned by the technical glitch as MSNBC cut their feed of the video and went to him.

“Okay, uh, that attempt we are going to try again,” Williams said. “Obviously we were feeding two channels of audio, one separate and apart from what the president was saying, an interview with a lawmaker about Donald Trump, the other, what the president was saying and obviously preprepared and pre-produced video out of the White House, accompanying their statement on Twitter, accompanying the president’s own words, perhaps, as early as today.”
