Scarborough: Democrats Need to Stop ‘Short-Circuiting’ the Rigged Primary

The Democratic Party in Iowa rigged Hillary supporters. They actually called the election before they called the election. They should have wait add day or two. It was rigged. Same thing happened when you came to the county process. The debate process clearly rigged."
