Fmr. Kerry State Dept. Official: IG Report Shows E-mail Issue ‘Is a Non-Scandal’

RUBIN: "Well, what this inspector's general report does really show is that this is a non-scandal. What we're talking about here are process files that have been identified and rectified. And the report has eight core recommendations and State Department inspected all of them. They went back and look what the secretary -- former secretary provided. They said that she's complied. And it really -- to go back to the 1980s in the sense that we're talking about Donald Trump, where's the beef? There is no beef. And this is all grown out of the Benghazi investigation and they are still looking. And really, we're now in the sense looking at American bureaucracy in action. And for the American people this must be pretty tiring."
