Meyers Rips GOP Congress: Even Public Health Emergencies Aren’t Spared by Gridlock

MEYERS: "Moving money away from Ebola. Poor Ebola, used to be the hot new thing, now it's being pushed to the side by Zika. Basically Ebola is the Bieber to Zika's One Direction. Or of course as the kids call it 1-Z. So Republicans have essentially paralyzed the government. They can't even perform basic constitutional functions to respond to public health emergencies. And maybe the worst is Republican obstruction has become completely normalized, no one even questions it anymore."
