CNN: Baltimore Officer Edward Nero ‘Not Guilty’ on All Charges in Freddie Gray Trial

BERMAN: "We have breaking news right now out of Baltimore right now. The first verdict in a trial dealing with the death of Freddie gray while he was in police custody now more than one year ago. This concerns the case of officer Edward Nero. Miguel, what can you tell us?"
MARQUEZ: "Edward Nero found not guilty on all charges. The judge saying that on the charge of assault, that he wasn’t even there for the arrest. He did not put the cuffs on Mr. Gray. He did not arrest Mr. Gray. Therefore, there is no assault."
