SCHMIDT: "He won't go above 1237 until the night of June 7th. And he will officially be the presumptive nominee. And any other candidate who did what Donald Trump did tonight -- what would happen tomorrow is that Paul Ryan and Mitt Romney would come out and say it's now clear that the Republican voters have spoken and that they have decided that Donald Trump should carry the grand old party standard into the general election ... we will see if those normal protocols and custom occur before June 7."
