Sen. Graham: If I’m a Delegate, ‘I’m Going to Vote for Ted Cruz’ on Second Ballot

GRAHAM: "If Trump gets 1,237 then he's done his job, he won, he's the nominee. I don't know if I'd go. If I get to be a delegate from South Carolina -- I can tell you in, that if Donald Trump doesn't win on the first ballot, most of the South Carolina delegates are going to vote for Ted Cruz. Stop whining about it. That's just the way the rules are. If I'm a delegate, I'll vote for Donald Trump the first ballot if I go because I have to and on the second ballot I am going to vote for Senator Cruz because I can."
