Fournier: With ‘Stroke of the Pen, Obama Can Free’ 1,000s of Blacks Jailed Under Crime Bill

"But they’re still in jail because they weren’t grandfathered. With the stroke of the pen, President Obama can free them, but for some reason hasn’t."
"There’s thousands of African Americans who are in jail under this old crime bill that now the Democratic Party is abhorrent to," he continued, "but the Democratic liberal president for some reason hasn’t used his clemency powers."
