Bill Clinton: ‘I Don’t Know’ if Gender Was a Factor in Sanders’ Attack on Hillary

‘Yes, I think there are some different standards’

SEITZ-WALD: "If a man with the same resume had it, do you think it would happen at all?"
CLINTON: "Of course. I think he walked it back today, didn’t he?"
SEITZ-WALD: "Yes. But for him to say it at all, do you think gender was a factor?"
CLINTON: "I don’t know. You guys commented. I think she’d be the best president and I think it’s obvious and that’s all that matters to me. Yes, I think there are some different standards. Some are subconscious."
