Canadian Ad Trolls Sochi: ‘The Games Have Always Been a Little Gay’ (Mediaite)

Most people were thinking it, especially while watching last night’s Olympic opening ceremony from Sochi, Russia. But apparently only the Canadian Institute of Diversity and Inclusion was bold enough to say it in a seriously homoerotic 30-second ad: “The Games have always been a little gay.”

The Canadian organization, which is dedicated to promoting equality in the workplace, put out the ad below, which takes direct aim at Russia’s anti-gay laws by showing two anonymous luge sledders doing what they do best. What would Vladimir Putin think?!
