Hoover: Trump ‘Will Be the Thing that Helps’ Clinton ‘Reassemble the Obama Coalition’

HOOVER: “The issue, too, is who — among which demographic groups that need to turn out for Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump are his or her unfavorable ratings the highest? She needs minorities, she needs millennials, she needs women, she needs African-Americans. His unfavorables are so historically high with those groups that  he will be the thing that helps her to reassemble that Obama coalition that is frankly right now, is less enthusiastic about her than they are about President Obama.”
