BARNICLE: “Joe, nobody cares about Marco Rubio anymore. On the Republican side it remains a three-man race and Marco Rubio is not one of those men. It’s Kasich, Cruz, and Donald Trump. I don’t know what he does if he loses his home state as it appears likely. It would appear that he can’t run for governor. Is he going to go back into the United States Senate, change his mind and do that? The key is Mark Halperin just nailed it. He has lost control of his image of who Marco Rubio is.”
