Trump Spox on Libel Laws: He Is Talking About Holding the Media Accountable

MCDOWELL: “Katrina, it’s Dagen McDowell. But people listen to Donald Trump and they have read his web-site and listened to him in these rallies he does and says stuff that makes some people nervous. On Friday he said he wanted to change the laws in this country so he can sue the press and members of the press look at that and said he’s attacking the First Amendment.”
PIERSON: “Well, he is also joked a lot at these rallies, too. He’s talking about holding the media accountable which is rarely ever done. If it can be done, Donald Trump would be the one to do it. The media gets away with so many things including making up stories which he’s experienced several times on his campaign.”
