CBS’ Norah O’Donnell had harsh words for President Obama’s State of the Union Address Tuesday night, saying the President’s agenda has shrunk from grand reforms to granular proposals.

“I think then the rest of his speech really just proved that Obama’s proposals have gone from grand to granular, right? From these grand sweeping proposals from the beginning of his second term to the granular, scaled back, more modest proposals,” found in the State of the Union, O’Donnell said.
