George Clooney: U.S. Not Taking in Enough Syrian Refugees, We Need To ‘Do More’

‘The United States needs to do more as we know, 10,000 refugees a year is not enough, that’s clear’

CLOONEY: "I just want to ask her what we can do, what our involvement should be, what Hollywood's involvement could be, and what the United States should be doing as well. And probably  I want to ask about the difficulties that she is facing. I think it is important time to talk about these things."
UNKNOWN FEMALE: "Do you agree with her policy?"
CLOONEY: "I absolutely agree with it. In the beginning, of course, it was an amazing policy  She is facing a lot of difficulties with a million refugees. That is a big task, and it becomes politically heavier as time goes on, so we hoping to encourage that, because it has been sort of the beacon in the rest of Europe, particularity. So yes."
UNKNOWN FEMALE: "What more do think we should all be doing?"
CLOONEY: "The United States needs to do more, as we know.  10,000 refugees a year is not enough, that's clear."
