Eric Holder touts Clinton as champion of civil rights in SC ad (The Hill)

Former Attorney General Eric Holder touts Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton as a champion of civil rights in a new Clinton campaign ad in South Carolina.

"If you want to make sure Republicans don't take us backward, help Hillary move us forward," he says in the video, evoking President Obama's "Forward" campaign theme in 2012.

Holder, the first African-American attorney general, also notes that Clinton she is in favor of tougher gun laws and "police accountability."
