Rep. Steny Hoyer: Bernie Sanders Won’t Be Our Nominee

GEIST: "In an interview Bernie Sanders raises issues that are important but I don’t think there’s any expectations he’s going to be president of the United States. Four months on, do you still believe he won’t be president of United States?"
HOYER: "I think that Bernie Sanders will not be president of the United States. I think Hillary Clinton is going to win the primaries, maybe not every one of the primaries but I think she’s going to be our nominee and president of the United States because I think the American public in the final analysis will say I want somebody who is reasonable, substantive, experienced, tough enough to take on the challenge challenges that we have but also understands the plight of life. I think they’re going to compare Hillary Clinton in the final analysis and I think she’s going to be be elected."
