Chris Matthews reacts to a new web ad put out by the Trump campaign that ties Hillary Clinton and her husband, the former president, to Bill Cosby and other sexual predators.

"Guilt by association is totally a stretch," Matthews said. "I mean what does this have to do with Bill Cosby?"
