We have asked for participation of special forces of people to provide police training, people to provide ammo, military assistance, people who can provide to their neighbors. There are various ways in which the countries can contribute. There don't have to necessarily be troops engaged in combating action. There are medical facilities, there are other assets that could be deployed. There is intelligence gathering. There is all kinds of support structures necessary to this kind of endeavor whether it's flying refueling, or flying defensive. There are many things that countries can do."
