Carly Fiorina To Appear on ‘The View’ Friday Amid ‘Demented Face’ Controversy

‘I will face the ladies of The View for the second time Friday’

Carly Fiorina to Appear on The View Friday Amid ‘Demented Face’ Controversy (Mediaite)

Republican presidential candidate Carly Fiorina will visit ABC’s The View one week after its hosts mocked her appearance.

During their post-debate analysis host Michele Collins said Fiorina’s face “looked demented” when she tried to smile. Rather than trying to dissuade her, co-host Joy Behar said Fiorina looked like a Halloween mask, and Whoopi Goldberg defended Collins’ language.

In response, former The View host and Fox & Friends host Elizabeth Hasselbeck challenged her replacements to have the courage to invite on Fiorina and say that to her face. Monday morning, Fiorina appeared on Fox News to tell Hasselbeck that The View had agreed to do just that.
