Paul Ryan on Boehner Spending Deal: ‘This Process Stinks!’

‘Under new management we are not going to do the people’s business this way’

PAUL RYAN: "Let me say this. I'm reserving judgment on this agreement because I quite frankly haven't seen it yet. I want to see what it looks like on paper. But about the process I can say this. I think this process stinks. This is not the way to do the people's business. And under new management we are not going to do the people's business this way. We are against a deadline. That is unfortunate. But going forward we can't do the people's business. As a conference we should have been meeting months ago to discuss these things have to a unified presence."
