‘Bulk of the Super PAC money is on the other side with the Republicans’

"Now there are also Super PACs that are out there, some of them supporting me, some of them supporting other candidates. And I would hope that we would get to a point where those would no longer be operating. But that's not where we are today. And the bulk of the Super PAC money is on the other side with the Republicans. Then there's this additional category, that is a -- they call it a nonprofit group, like -- what's called a 501(c)(4), that's the Koch brothers and others. And that's where the unaccountable dark money really floods in."
