Donald Trump went "On The Record" with Greta Van Susteren to discuss a wide variety of topics, including President Obama's failure to secure "victories" for the U.S.

In particular, Trump noted that Obama was surprised by Russian President Vladimir Putin increasing his country's involvement in Syria, even though they had just spoken days before at the U.N. General Assembly.

"It's purely lack of respect," Trump said. "Pure and simple, it's lack of respect for President Obama by Putin."
