BOEHNER: "Just do the right things for the right reasons. And you keep the country's best interest in mind and have the courage to do what you can do. It's easy to have the courage to do what you can't do, but to have the courage to do what you can do, just go do it. And our system of government, it is not about Hail Mary passes. It's the Woody Hayes' school of football, three yards and a cloud of dust, three yards and a cloud of dust. It's a slow, methodical process."
