Van Jones Blames ‘Right-Wing, Nativist Party’ for Boehner Resignation

‘I think it throws some raw meat to this populist uprising in the Republican Party that has really been dragging the party farther and farther to the right’

JONES: “I think it throws some raw meat to this populist uprising in the Republican Party that has really been dragging the party farther and farther to the right. I don’t think you can look at this party now, when Boehner, who is as conservative as anybody is considered a moderate and too liberal to lead this party, I think you have a right-wing, nativist party. And I don’t know how that party can win a general election.”
