This really goes back to American weakness which has been put on full display by President Biden. It's starts back to the report just before this which was Afghanistan and it really put our -- those that would be against us whether it’s China, whether it's Iran, whether it's North Korea, whether it's Russia, it puts them on notice that America will not step up and that’s not who America is. We need to make sure that the world knows that we’re strong. It's not just good for us as Americans, it’s good for the rest of the world. And so we need to be strong again and it certainly not going to happen under President Biden.”
