‘It will be private sector investment & private sector discovery more than anything else’

KERRY: "In addition, we had unprecedented level of private sector engagement in this issue and in the process. And in the end, I think most of us feel very strongly that no government in the world has the amount of money we need to affect this transition. This has to happen by virtue of the private sector being engaged, and it will be private sector investment and private sector discovery more than anything else, together with government helping to set the construct, and particularly on research, but that’s what’s going to get us out of this hole."
