‘For the first time, sedition charges handed down by Federal prosecutors for the Capitol riots’

EXCERPT:

BERMAN: "For the first time, sedition charges handed down by federal prosecutors for the Capitol riots. Charges filed against Stewart Rhodes, the leader of the Oath Keepers, and ton others. Prosecutors say Rhodes and others using cryptic communications to coordinate their actions leading up to the January 6 insurrection. They stand accused of conspiring to oppose by force the execution of the laws governing the transfer of presidential power. Two months before the January 6th attack, Rhodes said, 'We aren’t getting through this without a civil war.'”
