GREENBLATT: “Number two, we have to cancel the cancel culture and give people who make an error the chance to redeem themselves. What this tech executive said is nuts and it’s a good thing that the board fired him when he didn’t apologize, when he doubled down on his crazy anti-Semitism. If people can amend and apologize, we should give them the space to do so. But finally, I think it’s really why I wrote my new book. I mean, people can engage at the local level and reclaim civil society. Volunteer, vote, run for office, get engaged. Get engaged."
