Rand Paul: Convert NSA Utah Data Center Into "Constitution Center To Study The 4th Amendment" (RealClearPolitics)

Sen. Rand Paul spoke to hundreds of supporters at a rally in Orem, Utah, during a tour of five Western states.

SEN. RAND PAUL: The constitution is not about restraining you, it is about restraining government...

I don't know about you, but I don't want President Obama collecting my phone records, my gun records, records of my religion, my credit card purchases, I don't want the president tracking any of it.

He posted this photo on facebook hours later: "I'm on my way to the airport, but we decided to stop by the NSA facility in Utah... When I become president, we'll convert it into a Constitutional Center to study the Fourth Amendment! Bulk data collection must end! What would you turn it into?"
