HARRIS: "We are gathered today at a pivotal moment in our shared history. We are nearly two years into the pandemic and there's been so much loss, lives and livelihoods, and the loss of normalcy. But the pandemic has also presented us with an opportunity. The pandemic has shined a light on the longstanding fractures and fissures in our systems and in our structures, and I believe that we have an opportunity now to transform our nation."
