‘OSHA just announced they are suspending the vaccine mandates and testing for businesses with 100 or more employees’

EXCERPT:

KRAISMAN: "Alright, breaking news happening right now. OSHA just announcing they are suspending the vaccine mandates and testing for businesses with a hundred or more employees. That just coming in after the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals down in New Orleans had ruled that this stay remain in place on the mandates issue by the Biden administration. Again, OSHA suspending that emergency temporary standard on the COVID-19 vaccinations and testing, again, for employers with a hundred or more employees. That just coming in. In the article they sent out, it does state that they’re asking businesses to continue to watch the courts and wait and see. They say that the court, this whole process will go past January 4th, which is when all of this was supposed to go into effect, when the mandates were supposed to go into effect, because the court system that may go past that, OSHA has now suspended that. You may remember, OSHA is the way the Biden administration was utilizing the mandates into get that done in businesses. Now, it doesn’t mean that your business or your company can’t do it. If they want to encourage you to get the vaccine or tested or mandated for you to stay employed, they can do it, but the federal government cannot do that and OSHA is suspending that. Again, that just coming in moments ago."
