Speaking to a Latino group about the controversy over birthright citizenship and his use of the term "anchor babies," Jeb Bush explains, "This is ludicrous for the Clinton campaign to suggest that somehow I am using a derogatory term. What I was talking about the specific case of fraud being committed where there is an organized effort, and frankly, it is more related to Asian people coming into our country, having children, in an organized effort, taking advantage of a noble concept, which is birthright citizenship."
