Clyburn on Infrastructure Deal: ‘We Need to Stop Talking About These Ten-Year Numbers’

‘They don’t realize that when you use that 3.5 number, you’re talking about ten years’

EXCERPT:

CLYBURN: “The other thing we need to do as I’ve heard on your show this morning, we need to stop talking about these ten-year numbers. That’s what got people so out of whack. They don’t realize that when you use that 3.5 number, you’re talking about ten years. People think in terms of budgeting, one, two, three, and sometimes five years, well unless it’s your house mortgage, you don’t think in terms beyond that.”
