The Chris Salcedo Show Preamble: America’s Government, Unworthy of Our Trust

‘Our constitution was made only for a moral and religious people’

EXCERPT:

SALCEDO: "Today, the slimy Secretary of State Antony Blinken was grilled once again on Capitol Hill. The GOP asked him some tough questions, the socialists blamed Donald Trump, Most Americans looked at this dog and pony show and said, 'So what?' Americans get harmed, we get stuck with the bill and the heartache, and nobody gets held accountable. America’s government unworthy of our trust. That’s something that we have to correct as a people after we hear it in tonight’s preamble. John Adams, one of our Founding Fathers, observed that, quote, 'Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It’s wholly inadequate to the government of any other,' end quote. We’ve lost that emphasis. Americans are electing immoral people or those who don’t wish to hold immoral people accountable for their actions. Congress has been busy abdicating their just powers to the executive branch and to a bunch of unelected people. Some of you call them the deep state, others call them permanent Washington. Whatever you call them, they’re decidedly corrupt, decidedly anti-American, and they are an affront to our constitutional system. They screw up our lives and then they get to keep their jobs. Despite their grim performance, they keep their powers and their perks in an effort to continue their destructive incompetence. Prime example, the aforementioned Antony Blinken.”
