BERMAN: "Let me -- let me ask you this, so -- so again, would you favor a statewide mask mandate for schools?"
FRIED: "You know, I had -- last year I talked about mandating mask mandates and making sure that everybody was moving forward together. And right now that’s really important. Every county needs to make their own decisions."
BERMAN: "OK. So no statewide -- no statewide -- no statewide mask mandate?"
FRIED: "No. No, statewide --"
