Joe Biden Tells Boris Johnson ‘We Both Married Way Above Our Station’

Johnson: ‘I’m not going to disagree with you there, or indeed on anything else’

EXCERPT:

JOHNSON: "Everybody is — everybody is absolutely thrilled to see you."

BIDEN: "I'm always thrilled to be here. Thrilled to meet your wife."

JOHNSON: "Yes. And they got off to do something else."

BIDEN: "Yes. I told the Prime Minister we have something in common. We both married way above our stations."

JOHNSON: "I'm not going to — I'm not going to dissent from that one. I'm not going to disagree with the President on that, or indeed on anything else, I think, either, likely.”
