French President Emmanuel Macron was slapped while visiting a small town in southeastern France. The president was greeting the public following a visit to a local high school when a man shook Macron’s hand and slapped him across the face. Oh, my God! Bodyguards immediately moved in to protect the president, who continued to greet others. Authorities have detained the man and a friend who was with him calling the incident isolated.”
