Whoopi Goldberg’s Advice to Huckabee: Don’t Be Trump, ‘Be You’ (Mediaite)

Does Mike Huckabee truly believe that President Barack Obama is marching Israelis “to the door of the oven,” as he has now reiterated during multiple media appearances? Or is he just looking for some of that Donald Trump-style outrage attention?

The View’s Whoopi Goldberg suspected the latter after playing a clip of Huckabee’s remarks Tuesday morning. “You don’t need to be that other guy. You don’t have to be that guy, you actually have points to make,” she said. “You don’t have to be Trump. Be you, dude, be you.”

As she did in reference to Trump yesterday, co-host Nicolle Wallace called Huckabee’s comments “indefensible” but then proceeded to defend the sentiment behind them. She said the U.S. “shouldn’t be trusting Iran because they are still committed to Israel’s demise.”
